Ink & Flow: A Journey of Art, Movement, and Relationships
Love isn’t just about the big moments—it’s in the everyday choices we make. It’s in the way we push each other to grow, to keep moving forward, to be better versions of ourselves. And for couples who live an active lifestyle, movement becomes more than just fitness. It’s how they connect, support, and inspire each other every day.
The Ironbuzz Journey
Meet Eric Jason Dsouza and his partner Diana Aishin Chang, the couple behind IRONBUZZ™, one of India’s leading tattoo studios, know this firsthand. Their relationship isn’t just about art—it’s about movement, resilience, and the quiet ways they encourage each other. But their journey wasn’t always this way. Eric had always been an athlete, but as his tattoo career took off, long hours and stress took a toll on his body. At just 23, he was diagnosed with spondylosis, a wake-up call that made him realize how much he had been neglecting his health. Diana, on the other hand, had already discovered the power of movement through yoga. She just showed up on her yoga mat every day, moving with ease and intention.
The Power of Movement in a Relationship
“I saw how yoga changed her—not just physically, but in the way she carried herself, the way she interacted with people. There was a certain positivity about her, an ease,”
- Eric Jason D’Souza.
That’s the beauty of inspiration—it doesn’t come from being told what to do, it comes from watching someone else live their truth. Slowly, Eric started experimenting. First, small stretches. Then, a few poses when no one was looking. Before he knew it, yoga became part of his routine, not because he had to, but because he wanted to.
Now, yoga is something they share—not as a couple’s activity, but as a way of life. They move together, but more importantly, they move for themselves. And that’s what makes fitness powerful—it’s not just about physical strength, but about showing up, finding balance, and becoming better together. Whether it’s a morning stretch, an evening run, or simply holding each other accountable, movement strengthens more than just the body—it strengthens relationships too.
Celebrating Everyday Athletes
At TEGO, we believe in stories like Eric and Diana’s. Stories of Everyday Athletes who inspire, not with words, but with action. That’s what our community is all about—real people, real journeys, and the motivation to keep moving. Because the best kind of growth happens when we lift each other up. Your space. Your moves. Move freely and make it count.
