Shipping Information

  • Free shipping within India for orders over ₹1999; for orders below this amount - a charge of ₹89 will be applied.
  • Products will be shipped within 24 hours excluding Sunday & Public Holidays.
  • Most deliveries happen between 3-5 working days.
  • In case the delivery takes more than the stipulated time due to operational issue with courier companies, we will help in best possible way to ship the product again or find best possible resolution. Delays related to couriers
    companies are not something that we have control over and hence we won’t be able to provide any sort of cash compensation for the same.

Return & Exchanges.

  • Upload the image of the product with original packaging by completing the form below.
  • Please note we will not be able to process your request if tags are removed from the garment.
  • All requests need to be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • The following products will not be returned or exchanged unless there is a legitimate manufacturing defect:

For Exchanges

  • Please re-pack the product securely.
  • We will arrange for pick-up through our logistics partners within 3-5 business days of receiving our email request.
  • Your exchange will be sent out within 3 business days of pick-up confirmation.

For Refunds

  • All Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the product.

  • Pre-paid Orders:
  • Customers will receive funds in the same account used during payment on www.tego.fit for their purchase.
  • Refund amount will exclude any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase

  • COD Orders:
  • Refund amount will exclude any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.
  • Alternatively COD Order customers can send the goods via pre-paid courier and no reverse shipping fee will be applicable.
  • Refunds will be processed via Cashfree - where you will have an option to accept the refund amount through your preferred mode (bank, card, or wallet only).
