Finding Stillness: A Slower Way to Practice

Finding Stillness: A Slower Way to Practice

Not every practice needs to be intense. Some days, you just need to pause.

We don’t always notice the shift. But our bodies do. The way we breathe, move, and reset changes from day to day, and paying attention to that is where mindfulness begins.

It’s a word that shows up everywhere now: in wellness articles, apps, and productivity routines. But at its core, mindfulness simply means tuning in. Noticing how you feel, physically and mentally, before rushing into what’s next.

This World Yoga Day, we’re reflecting on how health is shaped by our habits, our surroundings, and the pace at which we move through the day. Yoga helps us work with all of that. It creates space to pause and focus on what matters.

When we built Stance, our first mat, we focused on grip, alignment, and flow - for the days when structure and drive take the lead. And it delivered.

But over time, we started hearing something different. A growing need for tools that support slower practices like meditation, breathwork, and stillness.

That’s how the Prana Collection came to life.

The mat, the bolsters, and the straps are shaped by traditional practice tools, but designed for how people move and live today - busy days, smaller spaces, and materials that feel better to the touch than most.

How we move evolves. It shifts with our day, our energy, and our needs. We built for intensity first. With the Prana Collection, we built for presence.

Both have a place. Just at different moments in your practice.
